I found this book very easy to follow and understand. It would be helpful to the novice as well as to the more practised follower of yoga. There are 6 lessons which last 30-40 mins and are explained in detail. Super photos.
This yoga manual is a "must-have" if you do practice daily. Detailed pictures and precise instructions are provided along with over 200 colorful photographs inside this book. I tried yoga as a form of exercise after doing aerobic. I didn't expect it to be addictive... but it is, because it will take your mind off daily stresses!
