I think this book is amazing! It is very well written, which makes it easy, for a new, as well as an advanced practioner, to grasp the information and explications. The technical descriptions are very useful in a way that they make it extremely clear to understand the alignment of the postures. The simple graphics included in the book are an helpful addition to the text. I think the author has done a wonderful job to create a very precise and concise tool. Before the publishing of this book, I always thought that I had to do my full hour and a half in order to get the benefits; if I didn't have enough time to do the whole session, I would skip my practice for the day! But since I started the surya yoga series, I practice every day, even if it's only for 15 or 30 minutes. I feel more relaxed, balanced and focused during my day, and this is now happening every single day! Thanks to Jai and his wonderful routine!
