This book is a great tool for all levels of yoga. The pictures and descriptions are great for the novice or the person with limitations who would like the yoga experience. Camella has given excellent information on how the water combined with poses and breathing techniques can increase mobility, improve flexibility. and calm the mind.
As a yoga instructor, I have found this book invaluable to teach yoga to a population that may not have had the opportunity.
The nicest surprise was, as an experienced yoga practitioner, I have experienced asana on a whole new level. Yoga in the water can be more calming and meditative than on a mat. A beautiful experience.
This book is truly a gift for any and all yoga practitioners.
