Brooke Boon's Holy Yoga is an answer to prayer for me. Holy Yoga incorporates meditation and worship with physical exercise. Prayer is a spiritual discipline that I struggle with. I want to want to pray and meditate on God, but my mind wanders. Focusing on the breath and asanas helps to calm my mind so that I can more easily bring my attention to Him when I enter into meditation and prayer. If as the Bible tells us, our bodies are our temples, then we should treat the temple with respect by keeping it healthy and strong. Brooke weaves the Word into the practice to strengthen our bodies as well as our relationship with our Lord. Enjoy!
