Item arrived promptly but damaged. The damage (CD case broken in pieces) was not discovered until after 30 days. When contacted, vendor obfuscated and unwilling to do anything about replacing item. I finally got action from contacting publisher who provided a new case at no charge! I will not use this vendor again.
