This is my second book I read from this author.
I'm still reading her book. I can sense her positive energy (great vibes) in her writing as well as she demonstrates it when you hear her presentations.
This is one of her best writings so far.
This book make you think on the bright side of things.
I recommend this book.
So often people are taught to ignore their vibes - about questionable people, places, etc. Trust Your Vibes explains why vibes are your first clue on making choices in right for you. It's ok to feel creey about something being off and often in your best interests to go with it. Honoring one's senses has become more and more important in recent years as the degree of negative information in mass media has increased. Using a combination of real-life case examples and her own personal wisdom having lived as a six sensory person, Choquette outlines common ways to access your vibes and steer clear of trouble. The most helpful part of the book is learning how our bodies often know the truth and try to warn us of unhealthy situations. By advising people to honor their innate knowledge, Choquette has compiled various hands on applications of tursting and acting on our inner wisdom in different circumstances. The oracle cards based on this book are beautifully illustrated and excellent visual images to help with morning affirmations.
