If you suffer any anxiety disorders, you should own this book. This is no empty self-help pulp, these are the same sort of lessons and techniques a therapist would use. I don't suggest owning it will cure you, but that this is an essential you want on hand as you work through your problems, in addition to professional help if that's possible. There's a lot of wasted paper on the market in self-help but this does not fall into that category.
It covers the full depth of anxiety, from muscle tension to the many types of mentally created systems that cause our anxiety, and does not lack for detail and solutions.
I am only on chapter two and could write a better review when I finish the book. With old eyes that will take awhile though. I find the book to be very good and recomend it to anyone with an anxiety problem. I have looked the whole book over and it appears to be very thourough.
