Having read at least 500 self-help and spirituality books during the past 30 years (this is not an exaggeration, I was once a book publicist), I was pretty certain that I was finished with the entire genre....luckily I made room for one more book, ZERO LIMITS, and I'm glad I did. Learning this simple technique was like finding a map to the oasis of my own heart. Now when I find myself having millions of unnecessary random thoughts, I remember that I can better spend my time saying I LOVE YOU. Does it work for everyone? I don't know but it's working for me and I am grateful to Joe Vitale for bringing it into my life.
This was a disappointing read for me. Whilst I love the philosophy and truly believe in the power of the system portrayed in the book, I found the book itself to be more of a glorified brochure for Joe's workshop and unabashed self-promotion for his other books. There are about 30 pages of testimonials in the book, and very little is mentioned about the actual how of the Hawaiian system other than the four main phrases that are used. I wanted more 'meat'. More 'how to'. Joe's onto something fabulous here, but I feel has not done it justice. He left me feeling frustrated.
