I've been reading John-Roger's books for over 25 years, and there is new information in here for me. The focus includes useable techniques - exactly what I need to keep advancing in the physical and spiritual worlds. The index is invaluable. Excellent lists of additional resources - books, CDs, websites - are listed for indepth study. I like that. A helpful set of books for practical spirituality in this complicated world.
