I have been using Meir's techniques for 3 years.
The first month my eyes went from 20/200 to 20/100(Left)
20/70 to 20/30(Right) and after the second month 20/70 and 20/20
Soon after it was 20/50 and 20/15 I exercise them 2 to 3 times a week now (3 yrs later) to maintain the vision. (Initially I exercised them daily, including yoga techniques)
No more glasses for Myopia and NO reading glasses (I am 45)
I wouldn't go so far as to say this is a farce, the man used to be blind for goodness sake! I think I would be more inclined to use it if it was in written form. Trying to find your way through the audio cassettes is difficult because you don't know what section he's talking about if you stop or roam the cassette. I kept wanting to skip certain parts but then got lost not knowing how far forward or back I should go. I just got discouraged. There is a decent length meditation/hypnosis type segment that didn't appeal to me, but maybe to others. He really stresses relaxing the eye instead of straining them on a daily basis which I think is such valuable information and really makes a difference. Just make sure you consider the advantages/disadvantages of an audio tape before you buy.
