My self and 3 other friends went on the 28-day detox program which cleanses the body, particularly the liver and kidneys. This program (the first one in the book) emphasizes a body-mind approach in a simple to follow regime. There is more focus on what to eat and do rather than on what not to eat and do which I found vital.
For myself it was most helpful to have the support of my friends to get me through the days when I just wanted to have some chocolate. We all had the same experience in the end of feeling great, relaxed and ready for real ongoing dietary and lifestyle changes.
