This is a great tape for anyone looking to relax or better manage stress. Although it is geared towards athletes gearing up for an important performance, I have found it quite helpful when I find myself feeling stressed and irritable during the day -- I slip on the headphones, and meditate to the sound of Dr. Miller. The tape is only 10 minutes long, but it's quite effective.
This is a very good tool for those serious about lowering their stress levels. Dr. Miller knows what he is talking about. I recommend the book.
