"I Shall Dare to Dream Again" is sweet and romantic. At times, it is also a little sad--an element that is reflective of reality.
This book is a pleasure to read from start to finish. Gigi Mahan's "notes" touch on many topics, but the one theme that comes up most frequently in this slim volume is that universal and human phenomenon of love. Once one decides to give their heart away, it is sometimes discovered that love is a package that comes with many complexities, and uncertainties, along with the smiles, daydreams, and warm cozy feelings. What I liked about this book was that it has it all.
I would recommend it to anyone. Actually, to everyone! :)
