I have tried reading several Kabbalah books but was usually turned off by too much historical and interlectual information that often required some knowledge of Hebrew. But this book goes right to the core and shows how this ancient spiritual path can be used in today's time and how it is beneficial to anybody - not just people with Jewish background.
