This book begins with an inspiring description of the author's own spiritual awakening in Notre Dame cathedral in Paris. How he ended up there and what he since went on to do makes for interesting reading.

Though I have read many spiritual books, the concept of 'living in the spiritual zone' was a novel one and well conveys the transformation you can make when you leave behind feelings of lack and fear and embrace abundance and love as the normal state of things. Quinn says we all come from a spiritual place, but it is possible to return to it while still on earth. The key is to stop thinking of ourselves as isolated individuals and recognize that we are all part of the one life force.
