This is an excellent source for a prayer group. Our church has been using it and we are learning alot from the way it was written. It is a wonderful book and I would recomment it to a group or a single reader. CB

This book may become a Christian classic. The subject matter is drawn from two of Beth Moore's Bible studies, Breaking Free and Living Free, which would be advantageous but not necessary to complete before beginning Praying God's Word.

Moore gives a clear definition of a stronghold and then provides the method of using God's Word + prayer to destroy it. She devotes a chapter to each of fourteen common strongholds. Beth's teaching also helps a person to identify one's own (perhaps not so common) barriers to an abundant life and to personalize prayers to demolish these.

A reader will find herself returning to this book daily; so it's best to purchase the leather binding with the attached ribbon page marker. These will make wonderful Christmas gifts. Buy early.
