As a student and patient of Solomon Wickey's I found this book very informative. It describes much of the trauma and persecution he has experienced in his lifetime. As the author takes us through the court case, I felt like I was there watching the doctor from the board of health lie on the witness stand.
It also explains why he doesn't charge, and how he developed many of his healing techniques.
I liked the description of how release codes work, which is the basis for some of his healing without herbs.
It is the interesting, sometimes sad, sometimes uplifting story of one of the greatest herbalists and healers of our time.
