This is a book for a reader of any age. We are in charge of our own lives and it shows us how to control the direction in which we move. I thoroughly enjoyed the concepts of God and spirituality expressed in chapter 3. If read with thought, it can put chaotic aspects of ones life in order. Kudos to Penny Leyshon and Kathleen Spellman!
