Amazingly, I'm not giving my own book five stars! Although many years went into this book, there are always things to improve, but I believe the book does what I wanted it to.
Not only does this book give you the foundational elements of understanding the history of past lives, the history of hypnosis, some theories of memory and the therapeutic use of using those memories, it also gives you practical tools to remember and heal using these memories.
I hope it inspires readers to put into practice the use of remembering your past, future and other timeframes to understand THIS life and what has happened to you.
