I thoroughly enjoyed this book and Ms. Thomson's approach to using these simple meditation ideas in everyday life. The book will, I am certain, be of great help to people in a variety of different situations--those who just would like to experience a moment of calm and peace in an otherwise frenetic day, people who are not feeling in touch with their own energy, or even "seasoned meditators". For myself, (having had a schedule this last year so crazy I was happy to stop at red lights to take a deep breath), I am enjoying experimenting with some of the meditations in the book and am finding them enormously helpful. I highly recommend THE VIBRANT LIFE to readers looking for new tools to make friends with their own life energies.
