Having just returned from a trip to Israel, I was fascinated by this book. Derek Prince spent many years in Israel and saw the forming of the state of Israel with his own eyes.
Derek, who passed away a few short years ago, has a tremendously interesting writing style, linking Old Testament and New Testament passages to the historical and current happenings in and around Israel.
If you want to understand more about God's chosen people and their land, this is the book I would read!
