I love this book. It explained a lot about my dream experiences and has helped me to cope with my nightmares.
I have been having prophetic dreams since I was a child, and I experience astral travelling nearly every night. I go to places from my childhood,I go to England, the seaside, the "other Side" where I once visited with my spirit guide! Sometimes I just go 'peek' in on family and loved ones. It's a gift! And Sylvia helped me to get the most from these experiences.
But I feel this book will prove worthy of reading for anyone who is interested in dreams. Sylvia gives us spiritual insight, rather than just the scientific,psychological stuff that other dream books provide.

A book that I would recommend to anyone wondering what they are
dreaming about. I had quite a few "ahaa" moments while reading this book. Well written and lots of example dreams to help you
