Each of the poems in Gurumayi's book and on this audio are great meditations that, each time I listen, help me to feel good about my life, my goals, about myself. They give me a peaceful feeling while at the same time stimulating me to give of myself more to my life. Her poetry and the thoughts it contains makes me want to live a really good life and listening to her poems I get ideas about how to do that. I listen to the CD in the mornings, sometimes when I run and often in the car. I listen to a poem or two and just feel great. The main thing is, Gurumayi's philosophy is not "feel good", it's truly spiritual and I think her own particular state of being is very profound, just based on how I feel when I listen to this CD.
