Very good for beginners trying to learn good meditation practices.
I got this book after reading "Many Lives, Many Masters" by Brian Weiss. This is a very short book. It contains some discussion related to "Many Lives, Many Masters" and then goes on to describe some of the author's experiences with meditation and the general benefits of meditation. The best part of the book is a CD that contains a 20 minute guided relaxation/meditation exercise. I have used that CD fairly regularly for almost 10 months now. It's been a very effective relaxation tool.
