I purchased this tape after attending one of Aretta's life purpose workshops. I have listened to it almost everyday, and it has really helped me to gain insight. While using this meditation, my mind has come up with many ideas that have led me closer to my purpose. I appreciate the insight and clarity I've gained by using this meditation. I first heard this meditation when I attended one of Ms. Swanson's Life Purpose Workshops. I purchased the tape and use it all the time. It has really helped me get clear on what I would like to do with my life. I have found that my mind tends to reveal new ideas while I listen to this tape. I have started to take action on many of these ideas... and I am pleasantly surprised at how much is beginning to materialize.
