Excellent Guide to Life and Practice for the Martial Artist

Regardless of what style you practice, you will find these lectures to be very inspiring and thought provoking. I keep a copy at work and reference it each day I come in.

I keep a copy of this book at work and read a couple of pages each day I come in. The author's stories and idioms offer inspiring lessons on how to live life with the same spirit that we exhibit in the dojo. I do not practice this style of martial art (Seido Karate), but I think the lessons in this book are applicable to all martial artists.
