Donovan Waite Sensei has definately got this Ukemi system down. This set (ukemi 1 & 2) from Aikido Today Magazine aka aiki.com has really helped me in improving my falling techniques. This tape has less "step here", "turn here", but more explanation of what is expected on both Uke and Nage to learn good ukemi. A five star rating from this viewer. Good Job!
