This book is largely a reprint of a dream interpretation manuscript written at the turn of the last century (1800-1900). It draws on some archetypal dream imagery that some feel all people share in our collective unconscious. As old as this information is, it is surprisingly, eerily accurate today. Many times I've had some bizarre dream that I couldn't make sense of, only to look up the imagery in this book and see that it described a situation in my life perfectly. For example, I woke up terrified after having dreamt of being in a huge fire. When I read that fire usually means a burst of energy in the form of huge success in business, I was thrilled. I had just switched careers and, yes, things turned out very well, just like the dream portended. I've had to buy this book for a couple of friends just to get them to stop calling me after every time they had a crazy dream!
yes this book is outdated. but it doesnt take more than a little creativity to figure out how to relate it to your modern day life. I was able to interprate every one of my dreams and the book was able to explain exactly what it meant. I would recomend it to anyone who has an imagination.
